The Turning Point

Something came into my mind after I just finished answering my second paper for the final examination this evening.

I guess I don’t have to explain more about the title above. Most, even all of us understand it.

I realized maybe any of you will say that “We already know about this thing,” or “So what?“, but sometimes we have to see something through different perspective. And yet, human always forgot about what they had be reminded about.

Yes, I’m talking about the final examination – the turning point.

The turning point? Yes, it’s the turning point for us.

Some people start to realize this fact the night before exam. Some people realized when they got the question booklet. At that time they will feel regret, and even cry. But that’s useless at that time. I saw some people looked frustrated while walking out from the hall. Well, that’s a point.

The another thing that you might noticed is some people will drastically change their behavior. They’ll become often do the solah and reading al-Qur’an. But that’s just for a period of time – the exam weeks. After the last paper, everything’ll become back to normal.

Exam is not like election. Doing good deeds awhile and then after the campaign period had ended, there’s nothing more to do.

Lets see the examination from the different perspective. See it as the reflection of our real life. Life is full of tests. Make sure we are ready for them. Compare the people who had prepared earlier for the final with the last-minute one. Imagine two people running on the same track with same starting point and finishing line, but with different starting times. Guess who will got tired first?

I would like to remind myself and my friends, be istiqamah. Life is not just about examination. There are a lot of things that we have to observe and analyze in this life. Respect our lecturers like we respect our parents. And lets make the change permanent in our life.

Lets put our effort for this final. For our future.

Again – it’s the turning point for us.

Bittaufiq wannajah! =)

Sebenarnya ianya bukan turning point, tetapi keserlahan keinginan sebenar hati yang sentiasa ingin dekat kepada Tuhan. Fitrah.

Kerana itulah kita perlu sentiasa diberi peringatan.
