Mahallah Mahal!

Elite Room

Salam. Just to share some information about the expensive Mahallah for students. This is one of the latest service provided by the Students Affairs Division. They call it as Elite room – Single Executive Rooms. I’ve spotted this bunting outside STAD office in the lobby.

Single Executive Room
Single Executive Room - upgraded

As stated in the pictures above, the executive room is available for male and female students.

Standard Room
- attached bathroom with hot shower
- air condition
- standard bedroom set
- single sofa & coffee table
- fee: RM 510 per month

Upgraded Room
with additional facilities:
- TV
- mini refrigerator
- bedding set/ duvet & bed sheet
- electric kettle
- drinking set
- fee: RM 600 per month

Other facilities
- pantry
- coin operated washing machine

Just for your information, these expensive room is located at the newest Mahallah Ruqayyah. It is located next to Mahallah Asiah. Shuttle bus service will be provided for the students too.

But I wonder, who might be staying in the executive yet expensive room? Maybe anak Dato’, or kerabat diraja?

    Foreigners mampu je, for Malaysian not sure. as u said maybe the VIP’s can afford

    yup i think anak2 kerabat yg akan duduk ctu. like last time puteri kelantan, duk dlm bilik felo lg yg diletakkan aircond. so i think that’s the purpose of building up such great room. =)

    and foreigners too. mereka mampu. juga kepada malaysian yg na idup selesa bleh je duk kat bilik rm600 per month.

    but fikir balik, tak ramai kot orang senang prefer camni, sebab duk sorang2, take best lak.. ;)

    Saya amat bahagia melihat pelajar UITM Jengka Pahang berjuang pertahankan syariah Islam di kampus mereka. Mudahan ramai anak bangsa seperti mereka di seluruh negara. Cubalah sahabat telitikan apa perjuangan murni mereka di sana mungkin kita boleh jadikan teladan. Allah Maha Besar.

    Org kaye dah ade penempatan dlm uia. Yg dh kawin terkontang-kanting cari rumah kat luar.. Harapnye ade la usaha pihak uia utk sediakan kemudahan bg student yg dh kawin.

    its cheap compared to HELP college..
    kat HELP, toilet kecik, twin sharing, takdak tv but ada aircon..bilik kecik..rm550/month..

    tapi mahallah di kuantan tak cukup2..mahallah di luar pun tak sempurna..

    saya Live in Ruqayyah , tak mahal lah cuma RM 600 sahaja, Saya dari Indonesia saja mampu tinggal di situ, knapa org Melayu tak sanggup bayar?

      Sebab kami rasa tak perlu tinggal di Mahallah mahal-mahal. Asalkan semua kemudahan ada pun sudah mencukupi. Tak perlu air-cond semua. Daripada bayar mahal-mahal untuk satu bilik, lebih baik kami gunakan untuk beli barang keperluan lain. Lagipun, rata-rata kami adalah pelajar yang bergantung kepada biasiswa dan ptptn. Kami bukannya di’sponsor’ oleh ibu bapa kami. :)
